Suggested Use

There are 28 pumps per bottle - 3 pumps are "approximately" 1/4 teas of 50 mg. Please apply the appropriate pressure to obtain this amount. You may need to measure when first starting out.

Apply the cream to areas with thinner skin, such as the inner arms, back of the neck, chest, palms, or soles of the feet. Rotate application sites to optimize absorption. For best results, consult your healthcare provider to determine the appropriate use based on your specific needs.

The recommended application is 50 mg of progesterone, which is contained in 1 g (1/4 tsp - about the size of a dime) of the cream. There are 28 grams per bottle or 28 applications. One application is approximately three pumps, although the amount pumped may vary.

For those with increased adrenaline, we recommend using the cream 1-3 minutes before meals. Do this up to four times a day. When you achieve your desired results, you can reduce applications to 2-3 times a day.
