Shipping Offer
$5.00 Flat Rate USPS Ground Advantage Shipping on U.S. orders with a product subtotal of $99.00 or more after all discounts have been applied.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Fulfillment usually takes 1-3 days plus transit times of the carrier. During the promotional period please allow 3 to 4 business days for your order to be created.
Our standard shipping carrier is USPS First Class, USPS First Class International, Priority and Priority Express. Priority does not necessarily mean you will receive the package sooner than First Class. USPS do not deliver on Sunday. Standard shipping charges will apply, and are based on the weight and destination of the package.
Once the Post Office or USPS has verified they delivered the package to your address we are not responsible for its theft. To protect your package from theft, always ship to a secure location and track your package so you know approximately when it will arrive. We cannot be responsible for stolen packages. We now offer Route, which is an insurance package protection solution. You can add this to your cart at checkout.
Please note: Ground Advantage is insured for $100 by default and included at no cost. Ground Advantage claims for lost packages are available after 15 days but not after 60 days.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands or out of the US may have a transit time of 5-12 business days. Once your order has shipped, an email with your tracking information will be sent to the email you provided with your order.
International Shipping:
We use USPS First Class International and Priority International and Priority Express for international orders.
Due to recent custom declaration requirements to add harmonizing codes on international shipping, certain countries have been flagging medicants (in our case Hormone Creams and supplemental hormones such as DHEA, Melatonin, Vitamin D). Currently, we are only shipping to:
- Australia - we do not ship DHEA product due to customs restrictions.
- Canada
- Ireland
- Mexico
- New Zealand
- Switzerland
- United Kingdom
Please note: Major shipping carriers increase their rates at least once a year by 7-10% annually.
If you are in a country that is not enabled on our website it is because the country has certain custom restrictions or licensing requirements.
You can sign up on www.myus.com for a free account for a US address and this solution will assign a US address and facilitate international shipping and requirements.
We are not responsible for any delays, retained packages caused by Customs or Duty Fees or any other additional shipping charges. Duties & Taxes are applicable at the full MSRP price of the item(s).
All International orders are the full responsibility of the customer.

Change of Address or Items
We will always do our best to help accommodate any address change requests or item changes before fulfillment. If you have placed an order and need changes please contact us immediately at 760-836-3232, or you may send us an email: orders@plattwellness.com. If you need to redirect your order, please contact the carrier directly.
Order Not Yet Received
We sincerely apologize for the delay on the delivery of your order and for any inconvenience this may be causing you.
Certain arrivals are being delayed by bad weather conditions.
Package Protection
We are pleased to now offer Route Package Protection.
The cost of Route is $1.95 for any order up to $100.00, and 2.5% of the cost for orders over $100.00.
This service is optional but highly recommended as they replace ANY packages that are lost, stolen or damaged for domestic or international orders. To remove this option, just "unclick" the box on the checkout page if you choose to NOT purchase this protection.
Customers can choose the "1-Click Protect + Green" option at checkout to cover the cost of carbon neutralization
Again, Route offers 100% refund or replacement for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged for domestic and international orders.
Should you have any issues with your order, filing a claim is easy. You can do so directly on the Route website https://route.com/shoppers, or by simply emailing us at questions@plattwellness.com, stating the details of your problem.
Should you need more information about the delivery status of your order please reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number. They will be better equipped to assist you on the delivery status of your order.

If your tracking information reflects your order has been delivered please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. They will be better equipped to help answer the delivery location of your package, help with filling a package Search Request or file a lost package claim.
