Delivery Information for Direct Orders
For orders made on this website or through our Customer Service department via phone.
Once your order is shipped, we are not able to cancel your order.
We normally ship our products within two business days unless specified otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
Once the Post Office or UPS has verified they delivered the package to your address we are not responsible for its theft. To protect your package from theft, always ship to a secure location and track your package so you know approximately when it will arrive. We cannot be responsible for stolen packages.
Our shipping & handling rates are based on the weight of the total order. Products which may exceed the size or weight restrictions may require a special quote which will be calculated and e-mailed to you.
Any import duties or taxes, which are levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches your country are at your cost.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned in the case of an incorrect address.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and you must include the receipt order number.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, along with any credit card transaction fees for the refund.
