One pump is approximately one application of 1/4 teas (about the size of a dime). Apply the cream to areas with thinner skin, such as the inner arms, back of the neck, chest, palms, or soles of the feet. Rotate application sites to optimize absorption. For best results, consult your healthcare provider to determine the appropriate dosage based on your specific needs.

For vaginal dryness: 1/4 tsp applied with a vaginal applicator (you can obtain in bulk on Amazon) once per day, morning or evening. Dryness is normally relieved in 10 to 14 days.

Once the dryness is relieved you can use the estriol cream as-needed, perhaps every two to four weeks. Another option to prevent dryness from recurring is to apply the cream once a day on a daily basis to the inner forearm.

For Fingertip Application:

Wash your hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly.

Pump our ¼ teas (2.5 mg) of cream (about enough to cover the tip of your index finger, from the last joint to the fingertip. 

Locate the vaginal opening. Immediately above the vaginal opening is the urethra (a small opening where urine is eliminated from your body).  

Carefully spread the cream onto the top wall of the vagina just underneath the urethral area. As the cream is spread, some may be gently inserted into the vagina: however, it is not necessary to push the cream high into the vagina. Rub this into the vaginal wall underneath the urethra as one would rub lotion into the skin.

DHEA:
1 capsule in the AM or as recommended by your health care professional 

Estriol:

How long does estriol cream take to work?

Most women begin to notice improvement in vaginal dryness, irritation, or discomfort within about 10-14 days of consistent daily use. Full benefits—such as improved vaginal moisture, tissue elasticity, and comfort—may take up to 4-12 weeks or up to 3 months as estrogen gradually restores the vaginal tissues. Results vary depending on hormone levels and symptom severity.

DHEA: Many studies measure outcomes after 8–12 weeks, which is why clinicians often suggest evaluating results after about 2–3 months of consistent supplementation.

Several factors influence how quickly DHEA works:

Age: DHEA naturally declines after about age 30. People with lower baseline levels often notice benefits sooner.

Dose: Typical doses range from 5–25 mg for women and 25–50 mg for men, but starting low is usually recommended.

Conversion to other hormones: DHEA is a precursor hormone that converts into testosterone and estrogens, so the body must metabolize it first.

Because DHEA converts into other hormones, some people may notice side effects within the first few weeks, such as:
