About these terms

These Coaching Referral Terms apply when you use the Partner Coaches page at plattwellness.com or book a call with a coach listed there. By checking the acknowledgment box and continuing to a coach’s booking page, you agree to these terms.

In these terms, “Platt Wellness,” “we” and “us” mean Metabolic Solutoins, Inc.. “Coach” means an independent practitioner listed on our Partner Coaches page. “You” means the person using the page or booking with a coach.

What the Partner Coaches page is

The Partner Coaches page is a referral listing. We share information about coaches so you can decide whether to contact them. We don’t provide coaching services, and we aren’t a party to any agreement between you and a coach. Listing a coach isn’t a guarantee of results or an endorsement of any specific advice.

Coach profiles, bios and credentials are provided by the coaches. We review them before listing, but we can’t confirm every detail is current. You’re responsible for deciding whether a coach is right for you.

Independent coaches

Coaches are independent practitioners. They aren’t employees, agents or representatives of Platt Wellness, and they don’t speak for us.

Each coach sets their own services, packages, pricing, scheduling, cancellation and refund policies. Your coaching relationship, and any agreement that comes with it, is between you and your coach alone.

Coaching and education, not medical care

Coaching services are individualized, educational consultations. Coaches don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions within the Western medical model, and they don’t prescribe pharmaceutical medications.

Coaching isn’t a substitute for care from a licensed physician or other licensed healthcare provider.

Please:

• Talk with your healthcare provider before starting, stopping or changing any medication, hormone therapy, supplement, diet or exercise program.
• Don’t delay or disregard medical advice because of anything you learn from a coach or on our website.
• Call 911 or your local emergency number if you have a medical emergency.

Booking, payment and refunds

You book and pay your coach directly through the coach’s own scheduling page. Platt Wellness doesn’t process coaching payments, and we don’t receive commissions or referral fees for coaching.

Questions about bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, packages or refunds go to your coach. Their policies apply, not ours.

Prices shown on our page are provided by the coaches and may change.

Lab testing and supplements

Coaches may help you find and order functional lab tests or supplements. These are arranged between you and your coach, or through third parties such as testing labs and Fullscript. Platt Wellness isn’t involved in ordering, processing or interpreting them.

Lab ordering and lab interpretation are separate services from a coaching call and may have their own fees. Most tests are paid out of pocket. Whether a lab or supplement qualifies for HSA or FSA payment depends on your plan. Availability of labs and supplements varies by location and local law.

Affiliate disclosure

Our partner coaches are Platt Wellness affiliates. A coach may earn a commission when you buy Platt Wellness products through their link or discount code.

Coaches may recommend our products only when they believe it’s appropriate for you. You’re never required to buy anything to work with a coach, and buying our products doesn’t change the coaching you receive.

Your responsibilities and our liability

Your responsibilities. You agree to give your coach accurate information about your health, follow up with your own healthcare provider, and make your own decisions about any recommendation you receive.

Assumption of risk. You understand that lifestyle, nutrition, supplement and other wellness changes carry some risk. You choose to work with a coach voluntarily and accept responsibility for your choices.

Release. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Platt Wellness and its owners, employees and agents from claims arising from coaching services, lab testing, supplements or other services provided by a coach or a third party.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Platt Wellness isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Partner Coaches page or your work with a coach. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Privacy, concerns and contact

Your information. Information you share with a coach, including health information, is handled by that coach under their own privacy practices. Information you share with Platt Wellness is handled under our [Privacy Policy].

Concerns. Please contact your coach first about their services. If you have a concern about a coach’s conduct or about this directory, email us at questions@plattwellness.com.
