Easy application and doesn’t dry out the skin. I used the cream for a year or more, and I liked that, too, but I think the oil is easier to rub into the skin. My sleep has improved - I’ve done well using this product. I have told many friends my age (post-menopause) about it.

I like it but it’s difficult to dose. It doesn’t dispense easily in drops. It’s thick and sometimes comes out in globs so I may be getting much more than I realize.
