I love this stuff! I’ve been using it for at least 5 years and can’t live without it. It has cut my hot flashes down by literally 99% and if I have one it’s not the melt downs I use to have. I make suppositories out of them (mold from Amazon), and insert them three times a week. I highly recommend them.
Both the progesterone and Estriol saved my life. I hit menopause very quickly; the transition was horrifying. If it weren’t for Dr. Platt’s information and book I don’t know that I would have had the immediate relief. I would recommend his book and hormone therapy hands-down
Huge improvement! No night sweats, sleeping late ke I finally should. If I am antsy at bedtime, I finally get up, put on some Progestrone Cream, less than an hour asleep until 5:00 AM the next AM. It really does work! Noticed my skin is looking less thin every where. My face is shows every AM brushing my teeth, much neck is so much less, thin looking skin, improved in three weeks, the change started showing in two weeks, week three serious noticeable change. I have recommended both products for three years to girlfriends… They ask how, do you look so much younger and energetic than us? Gave them the secret, for three years,, just sleeping and not waking up 4 times a night is a huge change, to finally look rested.
Using this twice a week on my elderly Mom to reduce, and possibly prevent, UTI’s. No side effects and no UTI’s. She was getting them monthly before this treatment. Wish doctors knew about this instead of having to hear about it on podcasts from the very few who know. UTI’s can quickly escalate to kidneys and hospitalization. My Mom was very close to death, and I want to do everything I can to prevent her from ever getting that close again. UTI’s can be treated and prevented. This seems to be a great addition to her routine.

This estriol cream is delightfully smooth and yummy on the skin. I'm putting it on my face as an anti-aging cream and I believe it's helping. I also use progesterone and love it as well. I like the packaging and ease of use. And I'm always grateful for products without fragrance. I couldn't use it otherwise. I appreciate all the hard work that Dr. Platt has put into his products. And I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for hormones that work.
Great product with nice smell
I am not giving this one star for the product, that is great. I am giving one star for the new packaging, which is horrible. The old pump for this was a little loose sometimes, but easy to fix; however, it fit perfectly into my hand and was easy dispense. The new pump is too big to fit into my hand, my fingers are barely able to reach around it (I am a female who wears medium gloves, so average size). When I finally was able to figure out a way to hold it and press the pump, the angle of the exit hole is aimed upward, it shot up and onto the wall and the floor! I am sorry to say, that I hate this new packaging so much, that I am going to look for a new version of this product until it gets changed to something that is easy to hold and dispense again.

Gentle and not increase my weight
Unbelievable products. I have been going to doctors for the last 8 years with symptoms of excess fatique. I am post menopausal. Nothing was ever found but I knew something was not right. Love this cream, and has been using it instead of estrodial cream prescribed to me.
I’m still using the initial one I bought. I started having warm flashes frequently but they have slowed down some. Other than this I don’t see any changes or notice them. I work 12 hour shifts over night so I am usually tired all the time. I’m hoping this product will help with the constant fatigue. I will continue to use this product because my body is depleted of these hormones. Thank you for coming up with a product that is not harmful to the body.
It has made my hot flashes bearable. I have to use it every other night in order to cut down on the them, but if I have a hot flash it's not near as severe. Thank you Dr Platt.
