The Magno-Ease has 50 mg Magnesium Chloride per pump (~6.5 mg elemental magnesium).

Our magnesium cream combines nourishing skin care with the soothing benefits of topical magnesium. This non-greasy formula includes hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, and shea butter to leave skin hydrated and refreshed.

Use after workouts, in the evening, or as part of your daily wellness routine. Magnesium is known to support relaxation and help ease daily tension when applied to the skin.*

This cream is free from parabens, synthetic fragrances, and dyes — and is suitable for all skin types.

For instance, if you have neuropathy in the feet, apply once tingling sensation occurs on the top of the foot. If you have arthristis in your hands apply to the area of concern, etc.
