For those of you who have been following some of my blogs, you must realize that I am a great believer in preventive medicine.  America, and I suspect many other countries, has a medical system controlled by Big Pharma.  As a result, there is no preventive medicine – obviously, it is not good for the business of medicine.

I suspect that we are at the forefront of a revolution in healthcare – not brought on by doctors, but by patients who are dissatisfied with the toxic or ineffectual approach that is often recommended.  As I have mentioned previously, women are running around with pink ribbons to publicize breast cancer awareness.  The main effect of these is to help the marketing efforts of the drug company who started them – a company that makes chemo-therapy for breast cancer.

Wouldn’t it make more sense for these women to demand preventing breast cancer in the first place?  In this regard, natural, bio-identical progesterone is known to prevent every one of the seven cancers caused by estrogen – breast, ovarian, uterine, vaginal, cervical, colon, and also prostate.

In addition, vitamin D, given in the right amount, has been noted to prevent 26 different cancers, especially breast and prostate cancer.  Studies have also shown that vitamin D prevents Alzheimer’s, every known flu, type II diabetes, osteoporosis, depression, and many other problems.  Studies have shown that we have essentially lost the ability to convert sunlight into vitamin D.  The RDA of 400 units is an attempt by the business of medicine to purposefully keep levels low in order to prevent people from being healthy.  I have practiced in Southern California for 40 years and I have never seen a patient with a normal vitamin D level.

Getting back to progesterone, this is a hormone that helps control insulin levels.  Insulin is not a happy hormone – it is the number one hormone that creates fat around the middle.  In addition, it causes hypertension and is the main cause of type II diabetes and its complications.  Used correctly, progesterone prevents hypoglycemia so that sleepiness disappears after eating, or between 3pm and 4pm, or when people are driving.

Progesterone cream, used in conjunction with a change in eating, can eliminate hyperadrenalism.  The letter is manifested by ADHD, anger, insomnia, alcohol and drug abuse, fibromyalgia, plus many other conditions.

For those of you who wish to be proactive about your health and are frustrated with the care you are receiving, please let us help you.  We have the strongest over-the-counter progesterone cream available.  It is bio-identical, organic and compounded by a compounding pharmacy.  When you order it, we will include a protocol for its use to help control insulin and adrenaline, as well as estrogen symptoms: PMS, cramps, migraine headaches, asthma, breast tenderness, etc.

In addition, we have a high-dose vitamin D capsule, with or without vitamin K, which is also recommended.  I do not recommend gel caps – the oil in these seems to hinder the absorption of vitamin D.  Vitamin D is not a fat-soluble vitamin; it is a prohormone and does not require oil for absorption.  With your order, a protocol for the use of vitamin D will be included.

You can visit my website: www.plattwellness.com to order directly.  While you are there you can order a copy of my book, “The Miracle of Bio-Identical Hormones”, in English or Spanish, or you can request an eBook in English at no charge.

As a reminder, my manual is now available for healthcare practitioners – it shows my unique approach in the use of hormones and addresses how to lower adrenaline levels.
